I received the fish in less that 24 hours from the time they were mailed. All of my corydoras looked great and now 10 days later they are wonderful healthy gems. Customer service was superb.

Comment: I've been a long time viewer on Youtube and finally found myself in a place to make an order. I was not disappointed! Shipping was right on time, communication was excellent, and fish arrived healthy and energetic. I made this as an add-on to my order and it was incredibly convenient to be able to combine shipping and only bumped the ship date back by two days, which is fantastic in my books. As of leaving this review I've had everything for two days in my tanks (I dropped everyone into well established, planted tanks rather than bare quarantine tanks) and there have been no deaths or signs of poor health. They all colored up and settled in very quickly.

The only hiccup was receiving one less cherry shrimp than ordered, but given the nature of these shrimp as quick breeders and the overall health of the order I am willing to overlook the mistake. As of leaving this review I've had everything for two days in my tanks (I dropped everyone into well established, planted tanks rather than bare quarantine tanks) and there have been no deaths or signs of poor health. They all colored up and settled in very quickly. Update: They saw my review and refunded me for the missing shrimp. They didn't have to but this is what a reputable company and good honestly people look like!

Comment: Healthy fish, and excellent packaging. The small individual bags threw me for a loop at first because they were new to me in my 57 years of fishkeeping. At first I thought they might be breather bags I had only heard about but after going with my usual method of float plop and drop I found the instructions that said to float the bags underneath, because the UPS guy had delivered them upside down and I wasn't going to shake them up just to read the label. No casualties, and now on day two I have my heavily planted Amazon tank once again full of colorful Rummynose, and Cardinal Tetras. Thanks Dan! Will buy again, matter of fact I just placed another order.

Comment: My fish arrived healthy and active and no issues. They were all packed really well. My pitbull plecos are so small and adorable. After they went into their tank I saw one moving around sifting thru gravel. The other one might have found the best hiding spot. My dwarf emerald rasboras are so tiny! I can see a small amount of their color but right now they're all behind the rocks and plants hopefully they will get brave and be less afraid eventually. So another great experience with dans fish!

Comment: All fish and shrimp arrived in great condition. Only problem was that I was at work, so I had someone wait at my place to recieve them. Unfortunately they chose to put the fish in an Amazon lock box to cook in the Nevada heat, and the person I had waiting for them couldn't get a hold of me quickly. I know what a UPS guy does has nothing to do with Dan's fish, but what they did do to keep the fish safe during shipping worked great!

Comment: I recently purchased a Japan Blue Double Sword female from Dan’s Fish, and I couldn’t be happier. She arrived in perfect condition — bright, alert, and already eating within minutes of being in the tank. Her behavior shows she was raised well: calm, composed, and socially confident. The males in my tank immediately recognized her, and she’s brought a beautiful balance to the group. Even the shrimp were reappearing after hiding out for a few days! She's just an amazing girl! (Please don't mind the thread /zip tie for plants)The packaging was excellent, and the care put into shipping really shows. I highly recommend Dan’s Fish for anyone looking for healthy, high‑quality guppies.

Comment: Every single Vienna died within 2 weeks. They were in the tank with the sunset guppies that all died as well, along with some Pygmy Cory’s. This is the 1st time I have ever had any fish loss and it is extremely disturbing because of the loss itself but the cost as well. I haven’t posted a review earlier because I have been so stressed. Comment: These are the prettiest fish I think I have ever seen. I’ve got four of each and they seem to be doing really good together. Comment: I needed to add to the line I already had. The fish arrived big and healthy, and professionally packed. The colors, however, weren't what I expected for a blue gold swordtail male guppy. It had blue and red on its body, and the swordtail was more of a green color, so wont be using the male to breed. Im hoping the fry from the female doesnt pass down those colors breeding to the other males I have.

Comment: This was my first time buying fish online and having them shipped to me as the idea of it kind of made me uneasy. However, these were a species I really wanted and Dan's quality and attention to details as displayed in his videos made me feel good about giving online fish a try. Turns out, my uneasiness was completely unfounded as the whole process was super easy: Dan's gave me simple directions or acclimating the fish, the fish arrived right when they were supposed to, and they came in great condition. Comment: Very healthy beautiful fish. It's been a few days having them and the males are starting to show their red colors for the females. At first they sort of hid in the back of the aquarium running the glass sometimes. Now they are comfortable and swimming around.

Comment: I received 7 Harlequin rasboras yesterday. They all arrived in great shape, healthy and wanted to eat the same day. I wanted these to see if it would perk up my 2 older Harlequins that are shy and have never eaten well. As soon as I added the 7 they perked up and started swimming with them and more readily eating.
