Where do you ship to?

We ship to locations in the United States. Shipping prices may need adjustment for locations outside of the continental United States such as Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We do not currently ship to Canada or other international locations.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Usually your order will ship within a few business days. We'll notify you via email what day we plan to ship; if other arrangments serve you better just reply to that email.

Most fish are pulled the day before being shipped and fasted so they can void their bowels before their trip.

Saturday delivery requires additional coordination and cost.

How do I see the most recently added items?

There are two ways to know what items have been added to inventory.

  1. To see the most recently added items just visit our products page here: dansfish.com/product. This page defaults to most recent, but also has other sorting options, including by price.
  2. To be notified via email when items are back in stock just add them to your wish list. Out of stock items are listed at the bottom of each category, or on the wish list page: dansfish.com/wishlist.

Why can't I find the item I'm looking for when using the search bar?

Search results only include items that: are in stock, and contain matching text in one of their red header values or are in a category/subcategory that contain the search text. Item description text is not searched to help reduce irrelevant results and improve performance.

Often less is more with search, for example to find 'Pseudomugil gertrudae Aru IV', try searching just 'gert' or 'aru'.
