Overview:

A large, but peaceful cichlid, severums make great tank mates in large community aquariums. This is a beautiful species with small dots over the body and a row of larger, bolder blotches running laterally across the lower body. They develop blues, oranges, yellows, and reds as they mature and have an ornate, inquisitive face. They have calm, curious personalities.
