This is one of the hardiest, easiest, and most prolific of the wild-type mouthbrooding bettas. If you are new to this group of fish, these are a great species to start with.

Eating well on flakes, pellets, live foods, and frozen foods.

Like all wild-type bettas, these are expert jumpers so please do be sure to have a tight fitting lid on the tank...you've been warned!
