This species of wild-type betta is interesting due to its blue colors, elongated dorsal and anal fins, and its unique spade tail. The tail looks like something a paradise fish or licorice gourami would have...not like something you would expect on a betta. At least, that is my impression.

These are eating well on Flakes, pellets, frozen food, live food...you name it, they will probably eat it.
