SHIPPING
Select your own shipping date! You will be able to select a shipping date when you go to checkout on our website. It takes us a few days to properly prepare the fish for shipping, so we generally only ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays. The other days we are prepping the fish or are too close to the carriers' weekend closures to safely ship because if the package gets delayed in transit, they will get stuck over the weekend which is bad for the fish.

We will provide you with a tracking number once the fish are shipped so you will know when they arrive and can take prompt care of their needs. Providing Dan's Fish with an incorrect or incomplete mailing address at checkout voids all guarantees and all refunds. WE WILL BE SENDING FISH TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, SO PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PAID FOR.

Delays-Delays during shipping are rare, but they can happen. We pack the fish carefully so they almost always arrive alive even in the rare case they are delayed during transit. If they are delayed and don't arrive in good shape, they are still covered by the guarantee outlined in our return and refund policy.

Please understand that, while we do everything we can to get your fish to you promptly, once they are sent, they are out of our direct care. We do not control the parcel carriers and cannot guarantee when the fish will arrive, but we do guarantee they will arrive alive even when delays occur.
